Have nothing bad to say about doctors, they kept good impression, but the reception is the worst in case you have some issue. They did typo in the surname field in the passport and when I said about it the answer from the lady on the reception shocked me: you are guilty because you didn't check it, but generally it doesn't matter because nobody will check it(!!!) on a border, don't worry". Really? Will she have some responsibilities for people problems if they follow this "great" advice? I hope once the lady will go abroad with wrong passport and check how it is. Also I asked about the lady name and working hours by email, because I have to know who provides me this service and I want to know how to avoid meeting her (unfortunately need to visit this clinic again to add the second owner in the passports). As I understood polish and EU law they have to provide this information by the first request, but in answer they wrote "We can't provide this information because this is company policy, we are sorry but unfortunately we will not be able to answer your question.". Incredible, I even don't know who have serviced me.
